Our "Rank" system is based on attending to Squad nights and special events, and not neccessary by skill or kills.
Our Rank structure is based on Rank Grade that are scaled up from 1-15 and can then be aligned to both RAF, USAF and LW Ranks, since we fly for all countries. See the Rank table below.

In some cases pilots/Officers can be promoted without having enough missions or points for that Rank. This can be that the pilot/Officer have done something special in a Mission/Events, or something for the Squadron that promote him/she to that Rank.


The Score/Rank is given in the following criteria:


  • If you complete your mission or task and also manage to return to a friendly airbase with your aircraft, you will then be given the highest score by,
    = 16 Points.

  • If you complete your mission or task but have to bail or take an emergency landing, you will then be given the following score by,
    = 12 Points.

  • If you do not complete your mission or task but manage to survive and land at a friendly airbase or just by getting your ass back home by foot, you will then be given the following score by,
    = 8 Points.

  • If you get captured, you will then be given the following score by,
    = 2 Points.

  • If you get killed, you will then be given the following score by,
    = 0 Points. But get credit for the mission, in short dont get killed !!

    • NB: SN starts every tuesdays at 2000cet. We meet on "Teamspeak" at our private IP 15 minutes before the SN starts. There will be running several mission pr. SN/Events who counts for Rank promotion depending on the length for each mission. The squad SN length is Max 2 hours so that the last mission have to be launched before 22:00cet to make it counts for Rank promotion, so that it wil be faire for all!



  • Rank Grade 0.
    (Applicant/Recruit)

    • Pilots who have applied to the Squadron, and are under evaluation for being a fully member of the Squadron. (No requirement).The "Applicant" have to attend to at least 5 SN/mission with the Squadron, that is required for being voted on by the Squadron members and then to become a fully member if accepted ;).

    ENLISTED RANK

  • Rank Grade 1.
    (Active Pilot)

    • The "Applicant" have ben voted in by the Squads member and accepted as a fully member of the Squadron, and are now up on active duty.
    Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 50 in score.

  • Rank Grade 2.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 100 in score.

  • Rank Grade 3.   

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 150 in score.

  • Rank Grade 4.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 200 in score.

    LOW OFFICERS RANK

  • Rank Grade 5.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 300 in score.

  • Rank Grade 6.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 400 in score.

  • Rank Grade 7.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 500 in score.

  • Rank Grade 8.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 600 in score.

    OFFICERS RANK

  • Rank Grade 9.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 700 in score.

  • Rank Grade 10.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 800 in score.

  • Rank Grade 11.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 900 in score.

  • Rank Grade 12.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 1000 in score.

  • Rank Grade 13

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 1200 in score.

  • Rank Grade 14.

    • Criteria, Attended on SN/Events with a total credit of 1400 in score.
