The 332 Viking Squadron have flown as a squad for online game play for over 10 years in both Aces-High, Warbirds, IL2 and we
wil now convert and only fly the new IL2 "Cliffs of Dover"
(Battle of britain "BOB") by Oleg Madox, who was released 25-March 2011. Se also the 1C BBS forum for latest news on IL2 "Cliffs of Dover" IL2 "Cliffs of Dover" BBS Our fundamental principle when we fly is to have fun and make friends and enjoy our common interest in aviation. We don't mind competitive spirits as long as a certain goal does not become the focus of why you are flying, such as attaining a certain number of kills in one sortie. We look for members that are willing to give up a kill to go save a squad mate in trouble, and are wiling to fly together as a Squadron.
We are a "Historic" Allied Squadron, but
there are no restriction in what type of plane or country we desire to fly for, so long
as we have fun and work together as a team. See our"Squad nights" for more details on when we fly.
The 332 squadron Rank system is based on points by attending and not neccessary by your skill or kills.
We don't have rules for when you shall attend, but we expect when joining the "332 Vikings" that you should general
have time to attend about at least 1 Squad night/mission with the squadron pr.month.
We are looking for pilots who are looking for a serious squadron to be in and have the
com men interest for WWII aviation
and history, and of course having the interest for flying these planes on the net and work as a team ;).
